On January 25, 2004, The Berkeley Chocolate Club held its first annual chocolate dinner at the home of member Gloria Polanski. We took the liberty of inviting guests beyond our own membership and had a long table with 24 place settings. Amazingly, Gloria took it upon herself to prepare the entire meal herself with no assistance from anyone, despite numerous offers. She wouldn't even let us help her clean up. That this was a good time goes without saying.

Super choco evening!
